About Fit and Fabulous February

Every February Ali and I endure fit and fabulous February. This year we're taking our tribe with us.

Why fit and fabulous February?

1. Shed those Christmas kilos
2. Set our intentions for the new year
3. It's the shortest month of the year.

We encourage everyone to set their own spiritual and physical goals for February. We encourage no drinking. My goals are:

1. Get back the bikini body
2. Get home by 6.30pm three times a week
3. Cultivate presence
